 Responsible for managing $2.6M project budget  Manage project team of 35 resources (internal and external)  Provide technical oversight of the development for requirements, design, testing, and implementation of the new technologies for the 2 data centers  Collaborate with the SME’s for the development of the migration plans for: share point, A/D, Email, and network  Build in accordance with the security requirements for NIST 800-53  Reduce the original cost of operational services by $950K annually  Decrease the cost of operations by $225K annually  Provide standard PM documents to Sr. Leadership (project plans, status reports, risks, issues)  Collaborate and manage the completion of the Co-Location site  Coordinate logistics for infrastructure equipment relocation from East to West coast  Direct the completion of the re-location, installation and stand up of 2 data centers < 6 mos.
