Achievements:  Responsible for managing a $12.5M portfolio of Information Security investment programs  Decreased the cost of security tool kit by $2M through contract re-negotiations  Responsible for communicating and implementation of NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171 controls as defined by contractual requirements.  Key contributor for the establishment of the Insider Threat Program  Govern and oversee the information system-level Compliance program that identifies architecture, requirements, objectives, policies, personnel, processes and procedures.  Responsible for providing program status reports to the Chief Information Security Officer, CIO and IT Leadership Team (ITLT).  Provide the leadership and support required to plan and deliver timely, cost effective and quality project deliverables in accordance with project management and solution delivery methodologies.  Manage and direct team of 45 matrix resources assigned to remediate the control tasks and projects  Responsible for the development and delivery of the required Plan of Action and Milestone's
