Daily Duties at Applied Computer Technologies/Discover Ready:
Managed a team of seven Technical Analysts who were the main technical support team for three separate company departments in the electronic discovery process. The primary focus of the role revolved around issue resolution support, research, quality control, process analysis and continuos improvement. Collaborated with stakeholders from Engineering, Software Development, Cloud Hosting and IT departments in multiple business related tasks. Ensured that key members of the team were fully trained in troubleshooting issues and performing research in all related supported applications or platforms, which included NUIX, Discovery Cracker, LAW and Relativity.
