Daily Duties at El Dorado School District:
Responsible for the administration and supervision of 170 (+) cadets annually. Lead a cadet staff and 2 instructors; manage a budget of 25K annually. Responsible for all the administration of cadet records and instructor evaluations. Awarded Outstanding High School Educator of the Year in 2004 by the El Dorado Education Foundation. Authored and revised frameworks to include end of level tests for Army JROTC for the Department of Workforce Education. Recognized as the curriculum expert for Cadet Command.
