Daily Duties at Bmo Harris Bank:
∙ Responsible for management of Personal Banking and related services. ∙ Provide oversight and support of multiple functions to staff in these and other locations. ∙ Develop strong business relationships with high value clients. ∙ Educate staff and clients in benefits of cross line of business products and services appropriate to individual customer needs. ∙ Initiate the process to drive consolidation of client business with the bank. Work with senior management, business unit managers and colleagues to complete this process. ∙ Regularly exceed all established metrics. ∙ Stay current with new products and services through research, study and company training. ∙ Participate in local product launch activities and promotions. ∙ Trusted resource for clients with respect to integration of products and services solutions. ∙ Provided consultative support for sales colleagues in cross-selling / up-selling customers. ∙ Management regularly receives high degree of customer satisfaction feedback from my clients.
