Daily Duties at Aramark Corporation:

• Track financial performance while providing senior management with the impact of new business. • Coordinate strategic purchasing activity daily to keep the NY group within budget. • Develop tracking tools to monitor the group’s financials and maintain a +/- 0.5% accuracy range between preliminary and final Profit and Loss calculations. • Analyzed weekly cost structure for senior management to identify opportunities for improvement. • Oversee all procurement for one of the largest Market Centers in the East Region. • Coordinate with the Regional and Group controller, to ensure accuracy of General Ledger accounts, Financial Statements and other tracking tools. • Responsible for forecasting weekly budget and communicating with Service Dept daily on up to the minute purchasing calculations, while advising on areas of focus and opportunity. • Review New Account Contracts to determine profitability. • Review the Profit and Loss to identify area’s of concentration and profitability, while working with senior management to develop policies and procedures to obtain plan and increase overall profitability. • Work with dozens of vendors, establishing a professional relationship that contributes to a reliable, logistic plan that helps meet our customer demands. • Manage and supervise 13 union employees and 3 salary employees. Responsible for hiring, promoting, reprimanding and annual reviews.
