Daily Duties at Aramark Corporation:

• Responsible for managing performance related to: Order Turn, Supplier Performance, Merchandise Costs, Used-Fill Ratio, Process efficiency and other metrics for the North East Region. • Managed stocking programs across the North East Region with Aramark Manufacturing and other Suppliers to ensure product availability. Primary product lines include Industrial Laundry Garments, Towels, Aprons and Mats. • Supported the North East Region as well as external customers with information pertaining to quality issues and product support. • Responsible for the improvement and management of standardization across the North East Region to promote lower merchandise cost and better order fulfillment to thousands of customers serviced out of 8 Market Centers and 7 Depot Satellites. • Primary liaison between the North East Region and ARAMARK Procurement as well as ARAMARK Global Sourcing Groups, and other Corporate Departments. • Identified opportunities to reduce costs in the Supply Chain through analysis of product usage and ordering practices, as well as implementing these cost reductions. • Reviewed monthly KPI Reports and Supplier reporting to spot problems and identify solutions. • Audited local operations for compliance with standard Supply Chain Processes. • Informed Regional Vice President with the use of regular trip reports to identify improvement opportunities for all Market Centers and Depots in the North East Region. • Ensured Strict adherence to ARAMARK Supply Chain Strategic priorities • Lead the inventory process and coordinated the inventory reconciliation process each month for all North East Region Market Centers. • Responsible for consulting and educating internal and external clients on the Internal Supply Chain Management processes. • Provided continuous training, problem solving and guidance, in a lead role capacity to North East Region Management. • Conducted interviews for hiring with other departmental management and participated in hiring decisions as it related to ARAMARK Supply Chain. • Provided input to the performance evaluations for individuals as appropriate. • Attended and participated in regular meetings with the North East Regions Senior leadership staff as requested. • Provided support and guidance to the North East Management team in order to improve underperforming Market Centers • Continuously worked towards innovating and recommending new process development, or process improvements, which would enhance ARAMARK’s competitive advantage.
