Provided education, leadership, and sustenance for a group of private schools serving students throughout Nigeria in grades K-12. Oversaw staff of 20+ teachers with a sizeable student population of 300. Directed pupils and personnel to attain national and state educational objectives with the West African Examinations Council (entity in charge of high school exit examination). Monitored and mentored teachers to improve classroom instruction. Supervised a committee to revise the junior secondary school curriculum to align with state standards.
