Daily Duties at Mci World Com:

Managed team of 3 engineers and numerous construction and installation vendors in planning and implementation department for installation of new data center and telecommunications facilities from 5,000 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft. As the lead project manager major responsibilities was overall management, quality and administration of project, construction services, estimating, subcontractor-management, budgeting, meeting schedule deadlines, testing and commissioning, project and as-build completion. Provided core leadership skills to guide my project team to success through excellent communications and strong business relationships. Assembled new proposals and estimates and provided detailed instructions to bidders. Attained solid understanding of unit costs and managed all projects from start to close out process to a successful completion.
