Telecommunications facility with responsibility for Electrical, Mechanical, heating and air conditioning systems, Power generators, Fire and Preaction systems, Chillers and Cooling Towers, UPS Systems, Fueling systems, Rectifier and Battery systems, BMS and Security systems. Administered annual facilities maintenance budget to ensure 24/7 operations. Oversaw annual equipment maintenance, managed facility upgrades as needed and responded to infrastructure alarms. Updated and maintained complex databases on equipment status. Managed installation vendors and contractors.
