Readily available to provide assistance to the vice-president of corporate communications (24/7). Acted as liaison for government and media relations. Organized and coordinated all major events of the group and their affiliates, as well as the private events of the President and owner of the group. Contributed to the organization in development of superior customer service teams to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
