TESTING SUPPORT ANALYST (3/2015 to 12/2015) • Identified anomalies and tracked data statistics to ensure accuracy. • Leveraged MS Excel to generate reports detailing critical metrics and valuable measurements for CTS (Centralized Testing Support Department). • Provided routine metrical reports in addition to ad-hoc to supply pertinent information across the company. • Scrutinized data to validate information to make solid business decisions. • Perform backups for CTS test execution statistics and Sev1 blocking defects. • Collaborate with several director groups to support Team One efforts during reporting RESOURCE COORDINATOR (4/2014-12/2015) • Carefully monitored time management, choreographed PCs, and the management team assets. • Performed administration for more than 40 contractors. • Introduced multiple processes to the organization, using diplomacy and collaboration. • Reported defects and processed overtime payments. • Offered support for financial oversight, compliance, disaster recovery, business continuity, analysis, and report generation. • Work in partnership with peers and upper management. BUSINESS ANALYST- BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANNING TEAM (1/2013-4/2014) • ACSI Security Team- Monitored global system security to support to confirm compliance with audit and access standards as a member of the Business Continuity Planning Team. • Developed strategic business plans and maintenance in alignment with BCP standards. • Partnered with the Plan Owner to record plan details and execute various tasks to make sure the plan is feasible. • Joined forces with the BU Subject Matter Experts to outline data requirements to facilitate development and analysis for applications related to inventory, non-MOTS data, suppliers, location profiles, administration space requirements, and sensitive records, among others
