Factory Transformations, Operational Effectiveness. Recruited to be key member of a new management team, tasked with restoring profitability to multiple divisions. Championed with rapid turnaround of manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Europe Functional accountability for Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Service and Distribution.
