Daily Duties at Sorin Group:

Turnaround & Restructuring. Reporting to the V.P. Global Operations, Italy, challenged to rapidly turnaround underperforming manufacturing site and avoid closure. Tasked to overcome obstacles preventing financial goal achievement. Accountable for U.S. manufacturing and distribution. Transfer operations to Italy. Responsible for SIOP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Stores, Logistics, Distribution, Shipping and Receiving functions.
