• Initiated projects, change management and setup custom process flows for major State health care projects • Managed budget, resources, communication, QA and stakeholders. • Defined Scrum roles and mentored scrum process, meeting rules and other relevant agile methodologies. • Integrated, Configured, Customized, managed and mentored SharePoint and MS project tools. • Developed program level and project level plans, WBS, Resource Matrix, communication plan and issue logs as part of project initiation efforts. • Mentored PMs, Developers and Leads in the PMO methodologies and standards for managing. • Developed enterprise PM Process, architecture, Team structure, Reporting and Metrics.
