Daily Duties at Wellpoint:

• Developed enterprise PMO reporting using existing and suggested new tools. • Authored roles and responsibilities, processes and project and program progress reporting templates and mentored to PMs, Bas and other department leads. • Facilitated and monitored daily scrum, effort estimation (planning poker), review and retrospective meetings. • Developed enterprise QA Process, QA architecture, QA Team, Reporting and Metrics. • Established Change control board and change control process to properly monitor, account, triage and analyze the impact of all changes coming into the IT department. • Developed Budget forecast, Earned Value graphs and program/Project progress reports w.r.t Quality, Scope and Budget. • Established communication plan, stakeholder management, and vendor management as part of PMO process development. • Mentored processes to Project managers • Acted as Program manager and project coordinator for smaller interdependent projects and made sure the timelines and goals from each project aligned for milestones and deliverables. • Hired technical tool consultants and trained internal staff to assume the role of process architect serving as a liaison between projects and PMO office. • Conducted biweekly lunch and learn to introduce and emphasize on new process improvements and potential process bottlenecks.
