Daily Duties at Panasonic:

• Standardized processes using Agile, Lean (six sigma) SDLC and PMBOK principles. • Supported projects through integrated industry standard tools customized as per process. • Developed PM Methodology and process automation, high level QA acceptance criteria, Project plan, resource and risk matrix, project progress metrics and reporting structure. • Managed project teams, stakeholders, budget and communication. • Mentored PMs, Dev Leads, QA Managers, System Engineers and Business Analysts in the usage of tools adhering to the prescribed process. • Audited all projects for process adherence and advised on process improvements as needed. • Signed off on RFPs, QA approval for passing the final release code as defect free based on the agreed SLA with external clients. • Participated in research, analysis, review, selection, negotiation and acquirement of tools and services to best fit the organizational IT processes. • Generated standard reporting templates for project level and program level reporting with agreed KPIs and RAG standards for overall project and program health.
