Daily Duties at Chrysler Group Llc:
Responsible for program management and prototype operations. Led a team of eighteen professionals responsible for the following: Prototype and parts procurement. Monitoring engine test scheduling, testing progress, and in depth failure reporting. Tracking detailed program timing following a critical path process. I managed the annual budget and business development plan. Performed daily monitoring and monthly reporting of budgetary versus actual spending. Supervised prototype cost reduction programs with key suppliers. Though and team was challenged with no standardized communication between engine test planning and build planning groups on cross-functional issues and limitations. Successfully, managed the process to build +600 engines for three different program
