Daily Duties at Chrysler Group Llc:
Develop and administer an annual budget of up to $265 million, covering 65 engineering departments, 1,200 professionals, and over 175 product programs. Facilitate strong working relationships with key corporate groups (accounting, purchasing, financial reporting & analysis), providing key understanding of engineering processes and resource requirements. Create and deploy reporting methods to track on-going status of programs and departments. Challenged with a new Powertrain organization that had no centralized operational staff and included five completely separate business units prior to its reorganization. Report to both the Director of Powertrain Program Management & the VP of Powertrain. Directed a staff of three operational professionals
