Daily Duties at Sony Electronics:
Providing Program and Quality Management expertise to multiple Ford vehicle programs. Creating, Reporting & monitoring program timing and resource allocation to ensure successful implementation of Sony Premium Audio Systems. Tracking all open issues to closure. Establishing and monitoring detailed Key Performance Indicators in Quality and actively managing the development process to keep the program on time and on budget. Weekly reporting to key staffs in Tokyo & Germany. Success in opening business opportunities with new OEM.
