Created and developed the internal advertising agency of Groupo Salinas to service such companies as Elektra, TV Azteca, and Banco Azteca. Provided leadership to ensure the attraction and retention of exceptional advertising talent and foster an environment that motivates the development of diverse and innovative teams. Responsible for coordination of special events, as well as other integral functions to ensure the day-to-day success of the company.
