Situation:Improve management of Employer on site clinics Assisted with managing 6 clinics and up to 20 staff members,staff evaluation, recruitment, talent acquisition, conduct monthly staff meetings, see patients, diagnosis, ordering tests, review of labs, prescribe medications, patient education, health coaching, quarterly client meetings, review data for reports, create reports, onboarding of new staff, performance improvement, submit data for payroll, policy's and procedures-review and development, creating job descriptions, consults with providers, coding for CPT and ICD 10, member of quality improvement committee, presented ideas to board of directors Results: Client and patient satisfaction improved, retention of clients
