Daily Duties at Loft:
Coaching, motivating and inspiring my team to be the best they can be. Leading my visual team to always have a full, clean and perfectly merchandised store. Back of house company compliance. Scheduling of staff, payroll management and compliance. Loss prevention compliance. Driving new credit applications.
