Managed diverse project team and ensured all goals and objectives were understood by all members of the team.   Interfaced with internal and external clients as well as third party vendors. Ensured schedule milestones were met or exceeded, communicated project status with internal management, demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.   Schedule development and scheduling Management of buy outs and cost efficient purchasing.   Coordinated development and implementation of RFI's, shop drawings, transmittals, samples.  Lead and facilitated project deliverable meetings with stakeholders.    Negotiated vendor contracts to ensure alignment with annual budget.
