Daily Duties at Richemont North America:

Read/manipulate construction drawings & maintain CAD libraries Reinforce design, construction & maintenance project standards Help coordinate vendors, contractors & partners for maintenance and construction projects in order to delivery projects within deadlines and budgets. Track project deadlines & deliverables Maintain updated project, vendor & internal budget, expenses and invoicing Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately for future reference Track brand supplied items & coordinate delivery dates Support repair requests & reinforce material & fixture maintenance in retail, external boutiques and salons  Establish/maintain retail boutique maintenance contracts  Track repair, maintenance and cleaning retail boutique budgets & invoices Train boutiques and salons staff on proper boutique fixture & materials use and maintenance  Prepare & maintains status and follow up reports for applicable projects  Benchmark materials, vendors and contractors
