Daily Duties at Swatch Group N.A:

Managed construction of new luxury boutiques. Responsible for the full cycle of construction project from inception to completion. Responsible for enforcement of the established design standards and brand image throughout the build-out and after completion.   Responsible for construction documents inclusive of:  accuracy, feasibility and compliance with brand and industry standards. • Responsible for preparation and management of construction schedules. • Hands-on budget development along with management and monitoring of project costs. • Project coordination with outside vendors and consultants.
