P&L responsibilities; hands-on, client-facing executive, lauded for being at the helm of the fastest growing division of the company in its 22-year history; responsibility for strategic planning and operational execution of recruitment programs. 6+ years of People Management Experience*** RESPONSIBILITIES: *BUSINES DEVELOPMENT: -Strategic Sales Partner (Solution Sales Specialist and Account, Executive partner) -Draft RFPs and structure pricing and contracts for the Staffing Division working in tandem with In-house Counsel -successfully managed all domestic and international projects with a global monthly average of 120 deployed consultants -Client-facing SME, leverage international staffing experience to build successfully and manage the professional services division *RECRUITMENT PROGRAMMING/TALENT ACQUISITION: -In-house Global Talent Acquisition SME for GS&A as Translations.com/TransPerfect hired +200 FTEs annually -End-to-end management of the candidate generation and placement process as both manager and individual contributor. -International project exposure included: Japan, Vietnam, Singapore, China, Canada, USA, Mexico, Argentina, Jamaica, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Norway, Dubai, Tajikistan. *MANAGEMENT: -Identify and build Staffing Solutions’ Corporate Culture and Brand -Lead by example delivers hands-on coaching (onsite and remote). -Improve internal communications by installing HipChat -Hand-picked by CEO as Change Agent; Organizational effectiveness and design to resolve issues hindering productivity, address change management, empower employees and address turnover/succession planning - Hands-on, trench-leadership and coaching for Sourcing, Recruitment, PMs, Sales, and Operations
