Daily Duties at General Dynamics Mission Controls:
Designed and produced 3d models, detail drawings, weldments, installations and assemblies for satellite antenna systems such as the mobile and flyaway antennas with the use of solidworks and autocad software. Also wrote document installation procedures and revised product document manuals. Used GD&T in designs where dimensions were critical, collaborated with design engineers on a regular experience spanning sheet metal/welded assembly design; fastening design; corrosion control; wiring harness design; ferrous and aluminum casting design; bearing system/gear design; and vibration isolation design.
