Daily Duties at Granite Solutions Groupe (Gsg):
***Role combined Recruitment (Full-Stack Developers, MDM Analysts, Data Architects and Analysts, QA Leads, Scrum Masters, Tech PMs, Business Analysts, Change Management Consultants, etc.) AND Sales in the Banking space*** -Reported to CMO/SVP Sales. -Met requirement to spend first 4 months being successful in a dedicated recruiter role (2+ placements per month) - learning GSG’s process from the inside out and working on the Organizational Development/Sales Operation Analysis project before transitioning full-time to a sales role. *CONSULTATIVE SALES: (Hunter and Farmer) Result: delivered $6M in revenue -Ownership of the Sales Process -Generating my leads by mapping client's organizational structure within 4 key existing accounts. -Enter data into CRM and track outreach campaign -Proactive outreach: Consultative sales pitch-through-close on our services to new client contacts (phone/in person); had 5 client meetings per week, 10-20 outbound calls per day. -leverage recruiters to identify talent to match the opportunities. -Serve as primary Point of Contact for clients from prospect to post-sales to ensure repeat business and serve as Strategic Account Director. -Share insights on CRM best practices with Sales, Recruitment, and Sourcing. -Serve as SME on market conditions to candidates and clients. -Make 6 placements per month -Spearheaded Sales Operation Analysis for the CEO *RECRUITMENT: (Full life-cycle) -Sourcing (directly or through the team) hard-to-find passive talent for our clients. -Recruit Technical and highly specialized SMEs and match them to opportunities at Financial Services companies (SF and Charlotte) -Salary negotiations and pricing. -Candidate submission write-ups. -Candidate management from presentation to offer stage. Continue to build the relationship throughout the engagement to ensure consultants complete their assignments and all issues were proactively addressed.
