Daily Duties at West Covina Unified School District, Rio Verde Academy:
• Identified the socio-emotional needs and provided clinical counseling and a variety of psychological related services to 4th-12th grade students at Cortez PAU. • Prepared Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) assessments for students at Cortez (a Special Education public school focused on providing a structured and caring academic environment for students with emotional and behavioral needs). • Supervised MFT interns for WCUSD. • Worked as a part of a multidisciplinary educational support team to develop and implement appropriate psychological related services; provided in-service training; worked independently as well as with the Mental Health team including collaborating with the BCBA suggested interventions and strategies. Excellent communication skills in oral and written form; maintained accurate records; met established timelines; established and maintained effective working relationships within the scope of my District duties.
