Daily Duties at Geico:
Ensured all regional Claims units adhered to policies and guidelines established by claims management as well as various state requirements; Company audit subject matter expert Performed audits of all claims handling for each of the ten regional locations and three branch offices. This included reviewing audit results with each regional AVP and providing a twenty to thirty page report for each location providing feedback on performance. These reports were also published to all regional and executive management including the CEO
