Daily Duties at Geico:
Responsible for growing the company brand in the Pacific Northwest and establishing a competitive advantage through superior claims handling in the state of Washington Improved office results in every metric including quality of overall claims handling by 30%, speed of investigation by 25%, customer service results by 12% and loss control by 9% Grew office in size from 20 to 50; conducted all final RJP interviews with each candidate In charge of all aspects of the office including the administration, facilities, human resources, office recognition/celebrations, etc. In charge of all claims handling within the office including all litigation files for the state of Washington for the company; over 600 claims pending in litigation; 5000 claims total Responsible for developing yearly Business Plan and budget for the office Met with CEO in-person twice a year to go over office results Created and delivered in-house training to staff and set up external training
