Provided end-user technical assistance and support via phone and “house calls”. Answered user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation, and to resolve PC related issues. 2000+ users. • Set up equipment for employee use, performing and ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and appropriate software. Installed and performed minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. • Maintained daily records of customer communications, transactions, and actions taken, using Lotus Notes and Vantive ticketing systems. • Developed training materials and procedures to assist end-users. • Conferred with colleagues, end users, and management to establish requirements for new systems, modifications or upgrades. • Read trade magazines and technical manuals; attended conferences and seminars to maintain technical knowledge. • Worked on special projects with onsite Financial Service Center management and end-users.
