Daily Duties at Mountain Energy Controls:
Planned and diagrammed electrical systems, including conduits and wiring required by local and national electrical codes. Worked from blueprints provided by engineers. Ran power circuits that usually terminated at switches, circuit breaker panels and relays. Wired instruments that control power, lighting and heating units in buildings and provided wiring for air conditioning and refrigeration units. Used electrical test meters and ohmmeters, ensuring the continuity of wiring to ascertain compatibility and safety of people and components. Used test meters to locate shorts, system breaks and troubleshoot the problems found
