Daily Duties at Concentrix :
Build rapport and provide customer service while communicating the features and benefits of our products. Use Oracle CRM and to provide customer service and support. Learn the features and benefits of telematics product we supported. Teamwork and team building, provide phone etiquette and good salesmanship. Answer 100+ incoming calls per day. Communicate features and benefits of the products and services and sell subscriptions for the services. Enter customers credit card information into the CRM. Provide information to existing customers such as; giving directions, demonstrating how to use the product, booking hotels, booking flights, provide emergency 911 services.
