Manage daily production of 10-20 construction workers and tradesmen. Ensure high-quality work is complete according to contract documents and schedule; Make all necessary schedule or field adjustments. Communicate job progress with senior executives, complete daily reports and project logs, facilitate municipal and third party inspections, coordinate material deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling. Plan safe efficient material and equipment storage. Enforce company safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance. Develop a positive work environment and coach workers to cultivate safe work habits. Maintain positive working relationships with municipalities, city officials, and stakeholders. Read comprehend analyze or advise on construction documents, architectural /engineering drawings, and specifications. Review submittles and RFIs to ensure approved changes or modifications are made in the field. Make field decisions and modifications to drawings and specs. Communicate project objectives with subcontractors and vendors. Develop and update project documents, create and maintain project photo albums. Create and maintain monthly project expense reports.
