Daily Duties at Kennametal Inc:
Oversee all services of Unix and Storage Administration, including the activities of five staff members. Supervise the day to day systems and storage support teams. Handle escalations with outside vendors for problem resolution. Hands-on IBM AIX server administration of 150+ LPARs, & EMC SAN storage administration of 325 Terabytes. Administer HP Dataprotector backup/recovery services, disaster recovery services, and system refreshes.
