Daily Duties at Realstreet Staffing :
Responsible for the development of the sales/recruiting office that focuses exclusively on the Professional Construction market.i.e Project Managers, Architects, ect. *Spearheaded the marketing campaign to bring the Realstreet brand to Dallas, Texas.* Collaborated with with other offices within the Realstreet network for support towards Realstreets objectives. *Facilitated weekly management meetings with corporate and managers in different locations.* Met with hiring managers to establish their need for outside resources in staffing their construction/architectural projects.* Utilize recruiting resources to establish availability of potential candidates. * Networked social media for branding of Realstreet
