Daily Duties at Aspen Systems:
Directed 1 to 10 on-call staff members in survey research activities. Trained and supervised telephone interviewers and data research staff. Prepared data collection instructional materials. Supervised survey data verification and editing activities. Developed internet surveys for external and internal data submissions. Developed scanning instructions and procedures for staff; trained and supervised staff in receiving, processing, and tracking surveys. Wrote the video scripts and served as spokesperson in a training video for a research survey for the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Active member of the company’s internal ISO 9001 team.
