Daily Duties at Siemens Healthineers:

Team lead role: • Responsible for team’s success in administering ~50 variable compensation plans to over ~500 sales members. • Audit, analyze, and identify issues and trends in compensation plan data and payments. • Partnered with organization in implementation of annual compensation plan design, analysis, and administration processes. • Interacted with all levels of management to resolve problems and provide recommendations as well as serve as a resource to answer any procedural questions. • Facilitated training for analysts and sales force on compensation plans, procedures and administration. Analyst role: • Allocated over $50 million in commission compensation to 500 sales members. • Investigated, identified root cause, provided resolution, and education on complex compensation issues from HR, sales management and sales representatives. • Maintained and facilitated process improvements to ensure accurate and timely commission payments with sales, regional and finance management. • Provided analysis on commissions and sales data to drive accurate reporting, compliance and administration with human resources, corporate policies, and sales initiatives.
