Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin, Inc Information Systems & Global Solutions:
Responsible for project coordination and operations tasking in support of the Cancer Information Service Central Support, a $5 million dollar a year contract for the National Cancer Institute (NCI). Configured the forecast and scheduling workforce management software tool to schedule contact staff and monitored adherence. Created schedules for three regional cancer call centers (consisting of over 70 information specialists) assigning staff to phones, web chat, and other work activities. Analyzed phone and web chat data and prepared/maintained daily and monthly reports as well as ad hoc performance reports. Researched any discrepancies and gaps where daily service levels were not met and reported findings and recommendations to management and the customer (NCI). Analyzed and submitted monthly contact data and informational updates (monthly, semi-annual, and annual contract progress reports) to NCI. Served as primary point-of-contact for issues involving the phone system and worked with technical staff to determine resolutions. Participated in monthly meetings and problem-solving sessions.
