 Supervision of 35 personnel, including their hiring, training, scheduling and evaluation.  Responsible for all Sales and Marketing, including Direct Sales calls, RFP’s and Rate Negotiation.  Negotiated and maintained union labor relations to ensure a productive workforce.  Obtained and negotiated all group, corporate business, and global wholesale contracts.  Developed the renovation strategy and oversaw the Hotel renovation Project remodel while still opened for business.
