Daily Duties at Best Western Hospitality House :
Supervision of 12-35 personnel, including their hiring, training, scheduling and evaluation. Responsible for all Sales and Marketing, including Direct Sales calls, RFP’s and Rate Negotiation. Obtained and negotiated all group, corporate business, and global wholesale contracts. Developed the renovation strategy and oversaw the Hotel renovation Project remodel while still opened for business.
