Daily Duties at A Ames Warner Properties:

Managed operations and maintained facilities for three hotels in the West Los Angeles area:  Supervision of 50 personnel, including their hiring, training, scheduling and evaluation.  Developed the renovation strategy and oversaw 2 Hotel renovation project remodels while still open for business.  Spearheaded the conversion from Travelodge to the independent Azul Inn Hotel: planned and implemented a new management structure along with new services levels.  Organized development of two new Property Management systems.  Arranged for new distribution channel implementation and dynamic web design.  Responsible for all Sales and Marketing, including Direct Sales calls, RFP’s and Rate Negotiation.  Obtained and negotiated all group, corporate business, and global wholesale contracts.  Developed and maintained all web marketing programs, OTA web sites and Social Media management.  Consistently ensured the most productive, cost efficient and high quality solutions to business needs.  Contributed to the overall hotel experience with direct and personal interaction with all clientele
