Daily Duties at Desert Hotel Collection:

 Re-branded The Monroe Palm Springs into an Independent Boutique Hotel.  Opened the Vista Ventana Mineral Spa & Resort.  Developed and managed all aspects of both Hotels, including but not limited to the Naming of the Properties, Operations and Marketing & Sales.  Managed The Monroe Palm Spring’s complete renovations and pre-opening construction of the Vista Ventana Mineral Spa & Resort.  Participated in the process of all aspects of design elements for both hotels.  Opened two Spas  Supervision of 25 personnel, including their hiring, training, scheduling and evaluation.  Human Resources expertise.  Complete takeover, evaluation and redesign of all operations and SOPs.  Created all new Standard levels and amenities to support new Brand initiatives and Level of Service expectation.  Implemented new Property Management systems.  Arranged for new distribution channel implementation and dynamic web design.  Responsible for all Sales and Marketing, including Direct Sales calls, RFP’s and Rate Negotiation.  Obtained and negotiated all group, corporate business, and global wholesale contracts.  Developed and maintained all web marketing programs, OTA web sites and Social Media management.  Consistently ensured the most productive, cost efficient and high quality solutions to business needs.  Contributed to the overall hotel experience with direct and personal interaction with all clientele.  Implemented a Green Initiative.  Responsible for all Accounts Payable/Receivables.  2016 City of Palm Springs Ambassador Chamber of Commerce
