Daily Duties at Life Cell:
Monitor and track Suppliers against KPIs for compliance issues related to management review & identify improvement plans. Audit and evaluate/qualify suppliers respective to relevant guidance, rules, regulations and requirements. Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable regulations and guidelines. • Support FDA inspection (4 months on whistle blower activity) and implement CAPA remediation plan based on risk. • Lead internal audits with respect to all relevant guidance, rules, regulations, requirements including follow-up evaluation on prior observations. • Ensure consistency of systems/practices across product lines and their conformance to other industry practices. • Address nonconformance through Trackwise and alternate CAPA remediation processes. • Conduct tracking & trending of supplier performance for management review & identify corrective & preventative actions. • Facilitate/Chair Management Review meetings for performance review, management training, and follow up on action items per CFR and ISO Standards.
