Daily Duties at Exagen Diagnostics:
•West Region (West Coast to Chicago): Year over Year growth up 42% •Previously under performing territory increased by 494% •Built out Sales Team of 9 Market Development Managers (MDMs) spanning from the California to Indiana •Train MDMs on proprietary In-Vitro Diagnostic Test Portfolio •Coached Up existing MDMs to exceed current performance standards utilizing business plans, pipelines, investment trackers and key concepts from Strategic Selling •Collaborated on contracting and test implementation with teaching Institutions and Health Systems: most recently UCLA, USC and Loma Linda Negotiated partnership agreements with National and Regional Laboratories by interfacing with Medical Directors and Lab Management
