• Day-to-day coordination of federal banking examinations for the Global Bank Group, working with business teams and functions participating in the exam process. • Creation of web-based portal for regulatory communications and documents production during exam. • Development of regulatory examination procedures from exam scheduling through issuance of exam reports. • Support for the Global Bank Group’s Knowledge Management process to identify emerging regulatory and compliance risks. • Leadership in the implementation of Merrill Lynch’s new “issue track” system in the Global Bank Group to facilitate tracking and resolution of examination and compliance findings.
