Created with control partners’ first delegated proxy services, due diligence, data management, and all related compliance structure to support new initiative.  Identified regulatory gap (AWC) and created/developed remediation plan to mitigate risk against regulatory framework with multi-dimensional team. Leveraged proprietary technology to organize governance structure utilized by both MLPF&S, and Managed Account Advisors.  Proxy Secretary/ Administrator for both MLPF&S, and Managed Account Advisors.  Supervised Registration & Licensing requirement for over 2500 employees across several line of business. Established oversight to ensure adherence to both firm and regulatory requirements.  Employee Trade & Monitoring oversight. Electronic communications surveillance using a range of systems to detect breaches of policies regarding information barriers, insider trading, rumors, and FCPA.
