Daily Duties at Merrill Lynch Bank Of America:

Review and negotiate documentation from outside counsel, including but not limited to corporate resolutions, customized account agreements, and documents submitted in lieu of the firm’s standard documentation. Conduct complex and unique document negotiations, including Native American Tribes requesting the use of tribal court. Maintain firm culture by proactively identifying legal, compliance, and risks issues. Work directly with Risk, Compliance, Litigation, Managed Solution Groups, Retirement and other control functions to ensure sound operational risk management. Responsibility to certain critical regulatory reporting requirements and business initiatives, including: compliance with SEC rules applicable to maintenance and filing of ADV Parts 1A and 2A for both MLPF&S and Managed Account Advisor, LLC (MAA) (including potential disclosures of Firm Disciplinary Events). Managed staff of( 2 directs) and initiate the streamline processes for creating Investment Advisor Acknowledgement Letter requests (also known as “407 letters”).
